Our website allows the search and look up of property characteristics and values for any property in Ventura County. In addition, our maps can be researched with either the 10-digit parcel number or by address.
Much of our data is supplied to you for your own research. However if you need to access larger amounts of data or you need it in a specialized format our Data for Sale will help you to determine the costs and formats available.
Finally, we have provided a link to the Supplemental Tax Estimator. Supplemental taxes result from a change to the taxable value that adjusts either upward or downward with a sale or new construction. When the new taxable values are determined following change of ownership of property or completion of new construction either a bill or refund can be generated. With this tool an estimated value of supplemental taxes owed can be generated.
