Local Roll Summary Reports

The primary mission of the Ventura County Assessor is the production of the local assessment roll that reflects the current status of ownerships, owners' addresses, and values of all locally assessed property.

The following information will provide a break down and summary of total local roll values by the various jurisdictions in Ventura County. The reports include total roll summaries by city and unincorporated areas for specific annual assessment rolls. In each jurisdiction you can further see details regarding changes to the roll for these cities over the last several tax years.

For specific information regarding a particular property, go to our Property Characteristics & Values page. Online ownership searches are not available, but can be obtained, in person, at our self-service public information computers.
